Rent a Car in Riccione

Riccione itself doesn't need a car. Known as the "green pearl of the Adriatic," it's a compact, walkable resort built around Viale Ceccarini — a pedestrian boulevard of boutiques, gelaterias and evening passeggiata — and a long, flat seafront that's just as easy on foot or by bike. Most hotels sit within a 10–15 minute walk of the beach, and the town's famous nightlife clusters in a few walkable blocks near the centre.

The real reason to hire a car in Riccione is everything within an hour's radius. The Republic of San Marino, perched on Monte Titano, is about 25 km inland and makes an easy half-day trip. The medieval hill town of Gradara, with its well-preserved castle, and the fortress town of San Leo are both under 40 km away in the Valconca and Montefeltro hills. And because Riccione sits mid-coast, a car also opens up the rest of the Romagna Riviera — Rimini, Cattolica, Cervia — without depending on summer bus schedules.
